Renew CIIS Library Materials

To renew CIIS Library materials visit the Library, phone the Circulation Desk at (415) 575-6180, or use the form below. Items will be renewed for a three-week period from the date we receive this renewal request.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a confirmation email from a Library staff member ( CIRC@ciis.edu ). If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, the materials have not been renewed. Please contact the library by calling 415-575-6180.

Do not use this form to renew Interlibrary Loan materials. Please consult the Interlibrary Loan policies for renewal information.

Items may not be renewed if:

• they are overdue, or
• they have been requested by another patron, or
• they have already been renewed the maximum number of times. (see Privileges by patron type for details)
