- Educational Resources Information Center represents the most complete
bibliography of educational materials available since 1966. The ERIC
database is a guide to published and unpublished sources on thousands
of educational topics, with information from RIE (Resources in Education)
and CIJE (Current Index to Journals in Education). CIJE covers over
1,000 journals.
- PsycINFO (1887 to present):
- PsycInfo contains citations and summaries of journal articles, book
chapters, books, and technical reports, as well as citations to dissertations,
all in the field of psychology and psychological aspects of related
disciplines, such as medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, education,
pharmacology, physiology, linquistics, anthropology, business, and law.
Journal coverage includes international material selected from more
than 1300 periodicals written in over 25 languages. Current chapter
and book coverage includes worldwide English language material published
from 1987 to the present. The database is updated monthly.
- Social Services Abstracts (1980 to present):
- Social Services Abstracts provides bibliographic coverage of current
research focused on social work, human services, and related areas,
including social welfare, social policy, and community development.
The database abstracts and indexes over 1,500 serials publications in
over 25 languages and includes abstracts of journal articles and dissertations,
and citations to book reviews. The database is updated monthly.
- Sociological Abstracts (1963 to present):
- Sociological abstracts contains citations and summaries of journal
articles, book chapters, books, and dissertations in the fields of sociology
and related disciplines in the social and behavioral sciences. Disciplines
include religion and science, social psychology and group interaction,
studies in violence and power, substance abuse and addiction, and many
other areas. Journal coverage includes international material selected
from more than 1300 periodicals written in over 25 languages. Abstracts
included since 1974. Many articles since 2001 include sources cited.
The database is updated monthly.

- Contains bibliographic citations that describe items listed on the
tables of contents pages of approximately 12,600 journals in science,
technology, medicine, social science, business, the humanities, and
popular culture. Each record describes one article, news story, letter,
or other item.
- Clase Periodica
- An index of Latin American journals in the humanities, sciences and
technology. Publications in Spanish, Portuguese, French and English
from twenty-four countries.

- Provides access to individual papers presented at conferences worldwide.
A major research aid covering every congress, symposium, exposition,
workshop, and meeting added to The British Library Document Supply Centre's

- Provides tables of contents of papers presented at conferences worldwide.
Each record contains a list of the papers presented at each conference.
Like its companion, PapersFirst, ProceedingsFirst provides access to
The British Library Document Supply Centre's vast collection of conference
proceedings.
- Wilson Select Plus
- Indexes and abstracts over 800 high-quality periodicals. It is comprised

- MEDLINE is the bibliographic database of the National Library of Medicine.
It is the primary source in the United States for information from the
biomedical literature, containing references to articles from more than
3500 journals. Catagories covered in MEDLINE include biological sciences,
psychiatry and psychology, health care and others. The database is international
in scope; approximately 75% of the citations are published in English.
