Simply typing in "transpersonal psychology" or "humanistic
psychology" will only reveal a small portion of the available literature.
Choice of search terms has a tremendous impact on the outcome of your
search. Different databases use different terminology, and none rely
entirely on the terms "humanistic" or "transpersonal."
There is not as much literature as one might think on the topic of
humanistic psychology, and even less on transpersonal psychology. You
may wish to expand your search by looking for articles in related fields
that may share key concepts.
Search for the following words or phrases from the advanced search
screen as descriptors in PsycInfo
or as keywords in the CIIS
Library Catalog or WorldCat:

In PsycInfo it may be useful to combine some or all of these terms
using "or" in the advanced search screen and/or the "search
history" feature.
