Publishing Your CIIS Dissertation or Thesis with ProQuest/UMI

CIIS arranges for your work to be published by ProQuest/UMI once it has been completed and fully approved. The forms for this process are available at CIIS, and online below.
Your CIIS graduation fee includes the cost of UMI copyright fees. You do not need to send copyright fees to UMI.
Your CIIS graduation fee includes one hardbound copy of your work. CIIS will mail this to you approximately six months after your graduation.
If you wish to purchase additional copies from ProQuest/UMI, you may do so at any time. A discount is offered for orders made at the time of initial submission.
Submit the completed form (see below) to CIIS along with the final, corrected version of your dissertation or thesis.
