CIIS Alumnae/i Associate Membership


Our graduates are most welcome to come back to visit, research, see what’s new in our collections, browse new dissertations & theses, and more. If you wish to continue access CIIS Library resources off-campus, take out books or A/V materials you will need to have a membership.

Alumnae/i Associate Membership Benefits

Graduates of CIIS can join the Library as Associate members with the following benefits:

  • Library Use: The Library has extensive reference and other special collections which are available for use in the Library only. You may access these whenever the Library is open.

  • Borrowing: You may borrow books, dissertations, videos, DVDs, and audio cassettes.

  • Online Journals, Books & Databases: Alumnae/i may access online journals, dissertations & books, and all subscription online databases including PsycInfo and ProQuest Dissertations & Theses.

  • Reference Services: CIIS reference librarians will assist you with your personal research. Request reference services by sending e-mail to askref_at_ciis.edu, in person or via the Library’s Web site.

  • RefWorks: RefWorks is an online reference manager / bibliography maker program. Alumnae/i have continuing access to this program via their Associate membership.

How to Join

Complete the form below, enclose a check for $25 (annual membership fee) to “CIIS Library”, and mail to:

Payments can also be made in-person (cash, check or credit card), or over the phone (credit card only).

The Library will contact you shortly with a confirmation letter and a new Associate library card.
